Why you must provide your own mask, snorkel, fins, boots and gloves...
Mask:
A properly fitting mask is critical to a diver's safety and enjoyment. A mask needs to fit the individual and not leak or flood during a dive. Different masks are made to fit different faces.
Snorkel:
The right snorkel provides for safer surface swims. The wrong snorkel can turn a simple swim to a boat or to shore into
a test of will.
Fins:
Different fin types meet different individual needs. Stiffer traditional fins require greater technique and effort under certain circumstances. Non traditional fins often provide good movement with less effort.
Boots and Gloves:
Proper fit in any water - warmth and protection.
Poorly fitting and abused - none of the above.
We offer great mask, snorkel and fin packages to fit any
need and budget!

Referrals...
Some of our students choose to complete their classroom and pool sessions here and obtain a Universal Referral to complete the required ocean dives while on vacation. Ask your instructor about requirements and restrictions.
Please Note: It will cost you an additional $200 to $$300 at
the referral location. We strongly recommend that you do your research carefully before choosing a referral facility.
Swimming requirements...
You only need to demonstrate that you can swim 200 yards (not timed – any
style) and tread water for 10 minutes.
